Insomnia is a small menu-bar app that controls when your Mac may sleep. Start a session for 30 minutes, until 5:30, or indefinitely, and end or extend it whenever you like.
It can also stay awake for exactly as long as something needs it: while an app or process is running, until a large download has finished, or while conditions you choose are true, such as an external display being connected.
Choose whether the display may sleep and whether the screen saver may start, start sessions with a keyboard shortcut, a link or a script, and keep everything private: no telemetry, and the only network access is checking macloving.app for updates.
